Returns

We want you to be happy with your MilShirt order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We are not able to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Dan@MilShirt.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions on where to send the item.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or want a different item, we're happy to help with an exchange. Just reach out and we'll sort it out.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when it goes through.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. In that case, we'll cover it.

Final Sale Items

Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
