The reverse flag design on the right sleeve represents a flag flying in the breeze as the wearer moves forward. This tradition dates back to the Army's early history when the flag was carried into battle. For a flag to appear as if it's moving forward when worn on a right sleeve, its stars must be at the highest point, as if the flag were streaming back as the bearer moves forward. This is a symbol of respect and commitment to moving forward, never retreating, and is especially meaningful to veterans and service members.
Care Instructions: For lasting use, please wash in cold water and tumble dry on a low heat setting.

An absolute grand slam in every department. I’m thinking about ordering another one! I’m a RN / Paramedic. I’ve never liked wearing scrub tops in the ED. Luckily my nurse manager allows us some wiggle room as far as dress code. I usually opt for scrub pants and light quarter zip sweatshirts. As long as it looks professional and is functional, I’m good to go. My heart will always belong to EMS and my time as a 68w in the Army. I wear this proudly.
